Bailee is thrilled to partner with you and serve as your Account Manager, as she loves connecting with new people! She has a diverse background in recruiting for a wide variety of industries and is passionate about helping teams grow to their maximum potential.
What brings Bailee the utmost happiness in her role is building genuine, meaningful connections with colleagues, partners, and candidates alike.
When not serving her partners via Titus, Bailee enjoys being outdoors (at least any time except during Milwaukee’s cold winters!), traveling to tropical destinations, and continually growing her bucket list; ask her how being a “yes man” like Jim Carey once resulted in her hiking a volcano in Central America!
Andy Campbell
Sales Director
Family is number one for Andy Campbell. A servant-minded individual, Andy puts his family and faith above anything else. He loves being a committed husband and enjoys the title of “Dad’ most of all.
A close second to his “real family” is his Titus family. He enjoys the comradery and the encouragement he gets from his team members every day. He also enjoys building relationships with our Partners and knows that consistent communication, delivering on promises and being a trusted advisor is what keeps his clients coming back for more.
If Andy could be any superhero, it would be Superman…without question. I think with his two children, he has already earned that title.
