Sierra Fletcher
Account Manager
As a former Division 1 competitive swimmer, if Sierra sees water, she’ there! Her passion for boating, paddleboarding, and surfing keeps her in the water as much as possible. She also loves teaching others and uses her passion for swimming to coach the local high school swim team.
Sierra is first and foremost motivated by her family, but a close second is her desire for excellence. She strives for excellence in her own life and also enjoys inspiring others to be the best they can be.
Sierra came to Titus Talent in the early years after a networking meeting in Madison, Wisconsin. Once she met other team members and Jonathan Reynolds, she knew she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. She’s even is known to say that she loves her job so much, she’d do it for free 😊.
Ben Murphy
Sales Director
Ben Murphy loves sports. As a former football player and coach, he brings a lot of what he learned on the field to lead our sales team at Titus Talent. His passion is leading people and working with others to achieve their goals.
Faith, family, and friends are a priority for Ben, as well as helping others. He takes great pride in serving our Partners and sitting on their side of the table as he works alongside them to find the best talent solutions.
Even though Ben wishes he had the superpower of flight, he would never “fly away” from Titus – he knows he couldn’t accomplish anything without the entire Titus team and their shared vision, mission, and values.
