Progress 2025

This year’s Progress will be a step “outside the box,” transporting our team to the wild ranchlands of northern Florida. We are excited to announce that Progress 2025 will be at the Westgate River Ranch and Rodeo, the largest dude ranch east of the Mississippi!

Into the Deep

We’re getting out of our comfort zone and diving into the deep— into partnerships, bold challenges, and the heart of what it means to be relentlessly relational. Progress is more than an event; it’s a journey. In 2025, we’re focusing on our partners as we explore how to go beyond surface-level connections and become true talent strategists that help them shift into the future. Together, we’ll boldly step outside our comfort zones to build relationships that drive lasting impact.

Just 80 minutes south of Orlando International Airport, this 1,700-acre resort in sunny Florida is steeped in history and adventure. Once a stopping point for 18th-century cattle drives, it’s now a picturesque retreat offering a perfect blend of relaxation and fun.

  • On-site dining options include restaurants, a Starbucks, a pizza place, and an ice cream shop.
  • An array of activities for all interests awaits—whether you’re seeking adventure or downtime under the stars, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect with your team and recharge.

Lodging

Staying on the grounds during your glamping experience will allow you to experience the great outdoors firsthand. What is glamping? It’s upscale camping that combines the comforts of home with the adventures of the outdoors. There are many “glamping” options to accommodate our large group, all unique and picturesque!

The resort is approximately an 80-minute drive from the airport. Due to its remote location, we will transport our team from the airport to the resort. No personal transportation arrangements will need to be made.

If I am attending Progress, who must I contact for travel?

The good news is that you DO NOT need to contact anyone!  Sarah Strand from Direct Travel will email you by the end of January to schedule your flights.  All flights for Progress must be booked through Direct Travel. Below is her information for reference.

Sarah Strand | Direct Travel
Phone: 262-241-4040
Email: sstrand@dt.com

Is there Wi-Fi at the resort?

Will there be extra food at the resort?

All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are included. Snacks and drinks are available at the Titus Oasis throughout the day. Bottled water will be in your rooms. Note: On-site restaurants and Starbucks are available but are not covered and will be charged to your room.

How will I get to activities at the resort?

Westgate River Ranch is an expansive resort, but most of our activities are within walking distance of your lodging. A few Titus team members will have golf carts—feel free to hitch a ride or ask for help. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes during the day!

What can I expect from the Westgate River Ranch landscape?

The resort is in sunny central Florida, where the landscape is flat, featuring numerous lakes and a variety of trees, including Cypress, Oak, Maple, and Pine.  It can be hot, dusty, and humid. Additionally, the ground may be uneven.  Please plan accordingly.

Are there critters on the ranch?

You are in the wild, so yes, there will be creaturesHowever, Westgate does a great job of ensuring that the creatures at the resort are not harmful to humansAlways wear shoes and apply bug spray after sunset (we’ll provide some). Please do not swim in rivers or ponds—stick to the pool!

What about alligators?

You will not see alligators walking around the resort; however, please refrain from swimming in any lakes on the property.  Where there is water in Florida, there are alligators… except for the pool!

Can I walk around at night?

The resort is very safe, and the area we will be staying in will be reserved exclusively for Titus people.  However, we do recommend traveling at night with a buddy.  It can be dark, and having a buddy with you is a good idea!
