Matt Burnor is a competitor at heart. He is a huge Detroit sports fan and an avid outdoorsman. If Matt is not watching sports or enjoying the outdoors, he is spending time with his wife and daughter. Matt was taught from a young age the importance of hard work and teamwork.

He found this when he joined Titus. Matt came from the automotive recruiting industry, where he learned the value of strong partnerships, working with some of the largest OEM’s in the world. He loves engaging with companies to find the best way to solve their hiring needs. Matt enjoys building long lasting relationships and providing his clients with the best possible service.

Sales Director

Amber brings over a decade of people leadership, talent acquisition and industry experience to her role as Director at Titus. She’s all about caring for partners and helping propel their businesses forward through the addition of quality talent that truly makes a lasting impact. Amber loves diving into the people component of companies and figuring out the best strategies to get the right folks on board and successfully retained while thriving in their roles.

When she’s not at work, Amber enjoys making core memories with her family, reading, and coaching her daughter’s volleyball team. She also has a passion for travel and is on a mission to visit each National Park. Balancing her professional and personal life, Amber brings energy and dedication to everything she does.
