If it’s in “the land of sky-blue waters,” Daniel Mormann is there!  An avid outdoorsman, Daniel loves to hike, cycle, visit national parks and compete in the iron man (yes, you heard it right). A person that’s always on the go, you can understand why Daniel wishes his superpower would be surviving with no sleep.

A “great connector” Daniel enjoys people and sharing his experience with loved ones.  He also appreciates connecting with our Partners by listening to their needs and providing transparent, honest, and open communication.  Coming from the contingent recruiting world, he acknowledges how the Titus Talent model is so different, representing our Partners first by sitting on their side of the table.

Conner Pinson

Sales Director

A real competitor, Conner is passionate about his faith, family, and sport’s teams (Go Auburn! Go Braves!).  He feels fortunate to be able to pursue a career that highlights his strengths and allows him to help his Partners “connect the dots” by providing proven solutions to meet their everyday challenges.

A veteran in consulting and staffing for over 16 years, Conner has also worked around the globe with roles in public accounting and business development. He came to Titus because of the radical business model, and the opportunity to be surrounded by a team filled with unique individuals who are professional, supportive, and fun-loving!

If Conner had a super-power, he loved to have super strength. Who wouldn’t? But for now, he’ll have to rely on his expertise and passion for helping others.
