As we wrap up 2022 and look with anticipation and excitement towards 2023, we do so with gratitude and awe. 


2022 Wrapped with Titus Talent Strategies

2022 has been a year of growth, opportunity, and achievement for many, both as individuals, and for us as a company. It has been a year marked by new ventures (including the post-pandemic re-emergence of travel), new team members and new Partnerships. 

As a People First company our approach follows an intentional course: People, Partners, and Profits. By pouring into our People, they in turn, support and create a meaningful and valuable experience for a Partners that comes from a place of strength, purpose, and extreme ownership. From there the Profits are poured back into our People, our communities, the world around us; profits that enable us to also offer our Partners initiatives that leave long lasting impressions, but more on that later. 

If you’ll indulge us, here are some of our highlights. 


This year has been one of explosive growth for us, and we have added close to 100 additional team members. From Consultants to Marketing experts, Data pioneers to Predictive Index Leaders, we have strengthened our team so we can continue to pursue excellence for our Partners.  

Our CEO, Jonathan Reynolds, released his first book, Right Seats, Right People: A Leader’s Guide to Hiring and Developing Top Performers. Jonathan’s book quickly made its way towards being an Amazon Bestseller. If you’ve met Jonathan, then you’ll know he mixes wit, drive and purpose with unfathomable generosity and kindness, and all of that comes through in his book.  

In May, we descended upon Chicago Illinois for our annual Progress meeting, which is a chance for us to spend time together, eat good food, indulge in some questionable Karaoke and to sit around the fire talking, dreaming, sharing, and encouraging. As a fully remote organization we treasure the moments where we get to climb out from behind the screen and spend time together in person. This year’s theme was “Experience Excellence,” where our focus was placed towards how we can serve our Partners more effectively. Progress is always a highlight for us, and we strive to make it memorable (for the right reasons). 


Two years ago, just before the pandemic hit, we took the company to build houses in Ensenada, Mexico. This was a life changing experience for our team members as they were able physically build homes that will provide families with much more than a house for generations! Many of our team members were so deeply affected that they also joined together to pay off the mortgages on those properties. Fast forward to 2022, and we wanted to find a way for our Partners to experience what we experience and to see, in real time, the impact of generosity and partnership on a deeper level, so that’s what we did! We took a handful of our Partners to Mexico to join forces with Homes of Hope to build several houses and to bless communities south of the border. Watch the video here. 

Another area we have focused on when it comes to our Partners, is the development and deepening of our Strategic Partner Program. We have added a group of team members who are solely dedicated to collaborating with our Strategic Partners, and we are expanding our offerings to help support the work they do. Our program covers everything from events management to Predictive Index support, charitable giving initiatives to trusted imbued referral. We are genuinely excited to see what develops over 2023 as we continue to hone our program for our Strategic Partners. 


Our profits are poured back into our people so we can continue to work with meaning and impact.  

2022 saw the launch of Etho, our People First, Performance Management Platform. People are exponentially more likely to achieve success if they know what success is defined as, where they are, where they are going and what they need to do to get there. With Etho, our aim was to create something that brought metrics and meaning together to enable growth and purposeful performance. It has been a mammoth undertaking and will continue to be refined. We can’t wait to see how Etho impacts 2023 for our People and our Partners. 

Our profits also support our Give Global Catalyst Fund, an initiative we setup to have given $30million by 2030, and we are well on our way. What was most exciting to see throughout 2022 was the level of ownership and intention displayed by individuals on our team. People stepped up to entirely furnish apartments for relocating team members going through challenging times, collectively supporting the victims of unmentionable tragedies including what happened in Waukesha, donating time and resources to personal passion projects, and the list goes on!  

Throughout 2022 we have been utterly blown away by the generosity of our people and those who surround us.
