Our team is made up of geographic teams, industry specific teams and an executive hiring team. The positions we work on typically are in the range of $50,000 up to $500,000.
How is your billing different?
We only bill you for the time spent on your search. There are no hidden fees and you get dedicated time on your open position which leads to better results, faster.
How does your pricing compare to contingent recruiting firms?
We actually save our partners about 50% over the traditional contingent recruiters because we only charge for the time spent on your positions. Our multiple billing options, no hidden fees and no outrageous finders-fee percentages makes our process a win/win for everyone.
What volume of searches can you handle?
Our partners typically work with us for one single critical hire or up to 60 roles at any given time.
