Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
1.1 Eligibility Requirements: Titus+ Memberships are available to businesses located in the United States and Canada.
1.2 Membership Tiers: Titus+ offers three tiers of membership—Core, Complete, and Custom—each tailored to meet varying organizational needs. Details of the benefits for each tier can be found on our website or in provided marketing materials.
2. Membership Terms
2.1 Duration: Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis. A 3-month trial of the Core Membership is included with all Titus Talent recruiting services.
2.2 Automatic Renewal: Memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing period. To cancel, members must send a cancellation request to to@titustalent.com before the next billing cycle begins.
2.3 Upgrades and Downgrades: Members can upgrade or downgrade tiers by emailing to@titustalent.com. Downgrades are subject to specific terms outlined in Section 3.3.
3. Payments & Fees
3.1 Pricing:
- Core Membership: $75/month or $600/year.
- Complete Membership: $350/month or $3,600/year.
- Custom Membership: $900/month or $9,600/year.
3.2 Billing Terms:
- Monthly memberships are billed on the same day each month as the initial payment.
- Annual memberships are invoiced and must be paid within 30 days. Services will not begin until payment is received.
3.3 Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are available within 30 days of initial payment.
- No refunds will be given if services such as the Predictive Index Team Session or virtual training sessions have been utilized.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Access to Resources: Membership benefits, such as training seats and cohort access, are allocated by the member organization. Titus Talent Strategies is not responsible for internal distribution.
4.2 Intellectual Property: All content, training materials, and resources provided through Titus+ are proprietary to Titus Talent Strategies and may not be copied, duplicated, or shared externally.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination Rights: Memberships can be canceled within 30 days of the initial start date for a full refund. For special circumstances, contact to@titustalent.com.
5.2 Consequences of Termination: Upon cancellation, all access to Titus+ benefits and resources will cease immediately.
6. Liability
6.1 Service Limitations: Titus Talent Strategies makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from training, strategy advice, or other services provided. All resources and guidance are offered as professional recommendations.
6.2 Indemnity Clause: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titus Talent Strategies from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse of services or resources provided through Titus+.
7. Data & Privacy
7.1 Data Use: Titus Talent Strategies collects, stores, and uses member data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at titustalent.com/privacy.
7.2 Confidentiality: Titus Talent Strategies ensures confidentiality for all consulting sessions, strategy planning, and data shared during membership. No information will be disclosed without prior written consent from the member organization.
8. Promotional Offers
8.1 A complimentary 3-month Core Membership is included with all Titus Talent recruiting services.
8.2 A Complete Membership is provided at no additional cost with all 6- and 12-month Partnership Plans. Upgrades to Custom Membership are available upon request and are billed accordingly.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, USA.
9.2 Mediation: In the event of a dispute arising from the Titus+ Membership, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation facilitated by a neutral third-party mediator. Mediation will take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and costs will be shared equally by both parties.
9.3 Arbitration: If mediation does not result in a resolution, the dispute arising from the Titus+ Membership will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Milwaukee, WI.
10. Modifications
Titus Talent Strategies reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of changes via email, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
