Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
1.1 Eligibility Requirements: Titus+ Memberships are available to businesses located in the United States and Canada.
2. Membership Terms
2.1 Duration: Memberships are available on an annual basis.
2.2 Renewal & Continuation: Your Titus+ membership is valid for one year. Memberships do not auto-renew at the end of each billing period. To cancel or continue, members must send a request to to@titustalent.com.
3. Billing & Payments
3.1 Pricing: Titus+ Memberships are billed annually.
3.2 Billing Terms: Annual memberships are invoiced and must be paid within 30 days. Services will not begin until payment is received.
3.3 Cancellations: Memberships are non-refundable. Requests for cancellation within 30 days of the initial start date may be considered for a partial refund, up to 50% of the annual membership fee, at the discretion of Titus Talent Strategies. To submit a request, contact to@titustalent.com.
4. Use of Services
4.1 Access to Resources: Membership benefits, such as training seats and cohort access, are allocated by the member organization. Titus Talent Strategies is not responsible for internal distribution.
4.2 Intellectual Property: All content, training materials, and resources provided through Titus+ are proprietary to Titus Talent Strategies and may not be copied, duplicated, or shared externally.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination Rights: Membership may be canceled within 30 days of the initial start date. Any refund amount will be determined at the discretion of Titus Talent Strategies and may not exceed 50% of the annual membership fee. After 30 days, memberships are non-refundable. 6. Liability
6.1 Service Limitations: Titus Talent Strategies makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from training, strategy advice, or other services provided. All resources and guidance are offered as professional recommendations.
6.2 Indemnity Clause: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titus Talent Strategies from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from misuse of services or resources provided through Titus+.
7. Data & Privacy
7.1 Data Use: Titus Talent Strategies collects, stores, and uses member data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at titustalent.com/privacy.
7.2 Confidentiality: Titus Talent Strategies ensures confidentiality for all consulting sessions, strategy planning, and data shared during membership. No information will be disclosed without prior written consent from the member organization.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, USA.
8.2 Mediation: In the event of a dispute arising from the Titus+ Membership, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation facilitated by a neutral third-party mediator. Mediation will take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and costs will be shared equally by both parties.
8.3 Arbitration: If mediation does not result in a resolution, the dispute arising from the Titus+ Membership will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Milwaukee, WI.
9. Modifications
Titus Talent Strategies reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of changes via email, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
