Introduction to H4P
Successful hiring requires a thoughtful process that is followed by all. Since our inception, the Titus team has been working to perfect our revolutionary hiring process called Hire 4 Performance. This approach paired with our new Etho platform is what has enabled us to build our Inc. 5000 company with an award-winning culture. We want to help you do the same and that is why we are now offering H4P training programs!
We believe that in order to guarantee you have the right person for your team, you have to start by clearly defining the seat they will sit in. Our Introduction to H4P course walks you through our 4-phase process for hiring that will equip you with the framework and tools you need to put the right people in the right seats, at any level of your organization.

Many organizations desire a push for diversity in their recruiting and hiring process, but few have a clear understanding of the why, what, and how behind diversity initiatives. This training is divided into three parts.
Part I: Defining and attracting diverse talent. In this session, we start with the “why” behind recruiting diverse talent. We help you articulate your diversity needs and goals, and how to attract the talent you’re looking for.
Part II: Sourcing diverse talent. In this session, we equip you with tools to find the diverse talent you’re after. A deep dive into the language of search empowers you to find your desired candidates faster.
Part III: After securing a diverse pipeline of candidates, it’s time to focus on ensuring our selection process is fair. In this session, we cover what to measure, how to measure it, and what not to measure, all with the goal of hiring the best candidate for the job.
If these issues sound familiar, this training might be the right investment:
- Lack of clarity on types of diversity and how they impact your organization
- Lack of clarity on your organization’s messaging surrounding diversity
- Disorganized selection process
- Struggling to find the diversity you’re looking for in candidate searches
- Limited methods for sourcing candidates
- Attempts at diversity initiatives are controversial or misunderstood
- Not knowing where to start when it comes to recruiting diverse candidates

Onsite vs Virtual Training
If you are interested in certifying more than 3 people from your organization in one of our virtual H4P trainings, consider bringing us onsite instead! Our onsite training program offers a customized learning experience for your organization’s needs ($1500 fee applied for all customized programs).
