We believe that in order to guarantee you have the right person for your team, you have to start by clearly defining the seat they will sit in. Our Introduction to H4P course walks you through our 4-phase process for hiring that will equip you with the framework and tools you need to put the right people in the right seats, at any level of your organization.

H4P Certification

Want to become H4P Certified? Join us for our virtual H4P Certification Course! Our expert team is skilled at consulting and training organizations to implement our H4P approach to hire top performers, and they will certify that you are able to do the same.  

This course includes 10-12 hours of contact time with our internal instructors AND we will show you how to recruit just like Titus. You must fully attend all course hours in order to be eligible for the H4P certification.

Onsite vs Virtual Training

If you are interested in certifying more than 3 people from your organization in one of our virtual H4P trainings, consider bringing us onsite instead! Our onsite training program offers a customized learning experience for your organization’s needs ($1500 fee applied for all customized programs).  

In order to receive the H4P Certification, you must attend ALL hours (10 Credits) during a Course Certification week of your choosing. Sign up today to save your seat.
