We call it our 30-by-30 Dream: to give $30 million by 2030 back into our people, communities, and causes around the world.
We want our growth to create an ever-growing capacity to give. The better we serve our partners, the healthier Titus becomes. The healthier Titus becomes, the more we can invest in our people, partners, and the world around us.

Generosity isn't just something we simply talk about at Titus. It's something we practice. From volunteering together to supporting organizations doing meaningful work in our communities, our team gets to experience generosity firsthand.
We've served alongside organizations like Feeding America, Rescue Gang, The Salvation Army, and even traveled to Ensenada, Mexico to build homes for families in need.
