Raina is the Head of Talent Strategy at Titus Talent Strategies, where she leads all things people. With 20 years of experience in talent planning, engagement, retention, quality of hire, training, and people strategy, she helps organizations build highly engaged, high-performing teams.
Since joining Titus, Raina has played an integral role in the growth of the company and its people. She combines inclusive leadership with data-driven decision-making to help organizations create environments where people can grow, collaborate, and do their best work.
