Phase 1: THE SEAT
1. Create A Performance Profile
- Clearly define 3 key performance objectives the person will need to accomplish by year one.
2. Develop a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP)

3. Create the "WHY" Document

Phase 2: THE SEARCH - Passive Candidate Approach
We split the candidate pool between the active candidates who are searching and the passive candidates who would be open if you reached out to them.
