Working in sales for the last 15 years Patti has learned that building strong partnerships is key. A firm believer in “people don’t buy products, they buy valuable relationships” has helped her build a strong network and be successful. A strong listener and passionate about helping others improve their lives through finding them their “dream job” is her secret sauce.
Patti wishes she would have taken the leap and joined Titus earlier as she is truly loving her “job”, working with the industry’s best employees.
Patti has been with Titus for over 5 years. When she’s not uncovering top talent for our clients you can find her trying to improve her unpredictable golf game or hanging out with her husband and 3 daughters discovering new islands while boating off the shores of Florida.
