“Improving every day” is Barb Wach’s motto. As a manager at Titus, Barb loves learning, growing, and fun adventures. Whether it’s traveling to new places, volunteering or, working with our team to find the best talent for our Partners, Barb always strives to be the best.
Recruited by one of our team members, Barb came to Titus Talent for the culture but stayed for the team environment. She loves that her team is passionate about what they do and are always pushing others toward excellence every day.
If Barb could have a superpower, she’d choose reading minds. She’d love to experience life through another person’s perspective, and it would also come in pretty handy when recruiting top talent!
Ben Murphy
Sales Director
Ben Murphy loves sports. As a former football player and coach, he brings a lot of what he learned on the field to lead our sales team at Titus Talent. His passion is leading people and working with others to achieve their goals.
Faith, family, and friends are a priority for Ben, as well as helping others. He takes great pride in serving our Partners and sitting on their side of the table as he works alongside them to find the best talent solutions.
Even though Ben wishes he had the superpower of flight, he would never “fly away” from Titus – he knows he couldn’t accomplish anything without the entire Titus team and their shared vision, mission, and values.
