As the strongest recruiter in the world (honestly, he’s the strongest, as the 7th place finisher at the 2018 World’s Strongman Man 105g), Chad is a fierce competitor, family man, and exercise fanatic. He always looks for a great challenge and if he could have a superpower, he’d choose strength (not as if he needs it!).
As a former manager in the fitness and personal training industry, Chad came to Titus Talent because of the culture and the opportunity to use his skills to help grow a business.
Chad loves serving our Partners and says that accountability and integrity are most important in building a strong Partner relationship. He also values great communication and appreciates the strong communication between his team members that allows them to perform at a high-level, even though they work remote.

Dino enjoys recruiting because of the opportunity to build relationships with candidates and share their stories with our partners. Dino loves surrounding himself with family and friends.
He enjoys doing random acts of kindness, hunting, fishing, and boating. Dino is a former college athlete!
