Lori is a high performing, strategic thinking professional with more than 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She is relentless in her efforts to find the best candidate match for the clients she serves. She is always pushing herself to grow within the recruitment space and add new tools to her toolbox. Lori also enjoys, traveling, gardening, hiking, biking, and the outdoors. You can usually find her partaking in an outdoor activity when she is not at work.
Lori joined Titus Talent after 5 years in the “traditional recruiting” world, and she appreciates the more personalized, and consultative approach. Lori is a collaborator who truly enjoys making a difference in the lives of others through her servanthood nature.
Kalee Werth
Sales Director
Kalee worked in the contingent recruiting world for over 15 years before she came to Titus Talent, AND she’s never looked back. Striving to be the best in all she does is just part of Kalee Werth’s DNA. Even though she loves a little competition, she also loves her family, exercise, traveling, interior design (as her budget allows 😊) and giving back to her community.
Kalee enjoys working with our Partners and feels that treating them as though they’re the only one that exists is her secret sauce. Personalization, Passion, and Fun are three words that rule her day! She also loves to collaborate with our team and appreciates working beside colleagues and friends that support her every day.
