Proud to be from Wisconsin, Matt is a die-hard Wisconsin sports fan. Passionate about the Brewers and Packers, you can always be sure Matt is cheering for the home town team.
A true competitor at heart, Matt loves a great challenge. As Matt says, “The view doesn’t change unless you’re in first”.
A former Director of Talent, Matt learned about Titus Talent and became interested in the company’s many service offerings. He quickly realized that he might be a great fit for the company, jumped on board and never looked back.
If Matt had a superpower it would be shape-shifting or teleportation. Let’s be real…who wouldn’t want those?
Kris Hamilton

Kris grew up a competitive wrestler and brings this passion, drive and work ethic to the marketplace. He is also a dependable colleague with a wide variety of interests. From spending time with family, reading, CrossFit, to enjoying a great bourbon, Kris loves variety and adventure.
With over 10 years’ experience consulting people and growing teams, he loves serving our Partners with empathy by providing a different perspective towards a solution. Kris loves serving with our team and puts a lot of faith in them because of their integrity and trust.
